How long does shipping take for my Fiido e-bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days via our regional warehouses.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been assembled or ridden.
Do Fiido e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fiido e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm.
How do I maintain my e-bike's battery health?
To maximize battery life, avoid complete discharges, store the battery in a cool, dry place, and charge it to at least 50% if you plan on not using it for an extended period.
Are Fiido bikes water-resistant?
Fiido e-bikes are rated IP54, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure washers.
